The Context
Hospitals operate through complex, interconnected workflows, from patient movement and internal coordination to cleaning, resource allocation, and beyond.
The platform was already live, supporting daily operations across hospital environments. At the same time, a new-generation system was required to meet modern demands for scalability, flexibility, and long-term growth.
The challenge was to evolve a 20-year-old, mission-critical system while keeping it fully operational, and in parallel, design and build a new platform aligned with modern architecture and strict compliance standards, including ISO 27001 and ENS.
Our Role
We act as the technology partner for the product owner, providing a dedicated engineering team responsible for building, evolving, and supporting the platform.
Beyond development, we support the technical side of implementation, working closely with the client as the system is deployed across hospitals.
