The Context
The ecosystem lacked a centralized subscription management solution and did not support multiple contract models.
At the same time, the system operated at significant scale, managing over 100,000 devices across more than 20 different providers, each with its own subscription structures and user interfaces.
This created fragmentation, limited visibility, and complex operational overhead.
The challenge was to unify device management, subscription logic, and data access into a single, scalable platform capable of supporting diverse providers, contract models, and continuous growth.

We acted as the technology partner, providing a dedicated team responsible for designing, building, and evolving the platform.
Beyond development, we contributed to system architecture, product structure, and ensuring the platform could scale efficiently as usage increased.
